4. WhatsApp Business Integration

Our Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API. By using this integration, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from message recipients
• You will not use the Service to send prohibited content as defined by WhatsApp
• Your WhatsApp Business Account may be subject to additional terms from Meta

5. Subscription and Payments

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. If you choose to use paid features:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
